Joshua Graf

Joshua Graf is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a cook at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery since February 2021. With a long-standing career in the culinary industry, Joshua has held positions as a line cook at Hyatt Regency from May 2012 to the present, a line cook at Hotel Metro from June 2011 to March 2012, and as head cook at The Black Kettle from October 2007 to June 2011. Joshua earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Culinary Management from Milwaukee Area Technical College between 2012 and 2017.
