Jennifer Rodgers

Jennifer Rodgers is an experienced professional in the mortgage industry, currently serving as the Manager of Broker Relations and a Mortgage Agent Level 2 at Rock Capital Mortgage since August 2018. In this role, Jennifer drives agent success through tailored coaching and workshops. Previously, Jennifer worked as an Internal Underwriter and Mortgage Assistant, providing critical support in assessing mortgage applications and ensuring efficient client experiences. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Financial Advisor at Scotiabank and a Marketing Assistant at Crossover Distribution, alongside foundational training as a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and as a Summer 4 on 4 Coordinator at Bell Sensplex. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on International Management from the University of Ottawa and has also studied at Copenhagen Business School.
