Elizabeth Salzman

Elizabeth Salzman, CTR, CTSS, CCISM, is an experienced professional in trauma and crisis intervention, currently serving as a Chaplain for the U.S. Probation Office in the Southern District of California since January 2022. In addition to this role, Salzman has been involved with multiple organizations, including the San Diego Fire Rescue Foundation and the Trauma Intervention Program in San Diego, providing critical support in trauma response and crisis management. Serving as a Disaster Response Chaplain with the Office of Emergency Services, Salzman offers spiritual and practical support to first responders and community members. Current affiliations also include roles as an Ordained Chaplain with the San Diego Chaplain Corp and a Licensed Chaplain with Chaplain Fellowship Ministries, alongside volunteer work at Palomar Health and The Rock Church. Salzman holds a Master's degree in Theology from Wesley Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Liberty University.
