Mark James

Mark James has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Administrative Officer at the Department for Work and Pensions, before moving on to become a Sales Consultant at NSPCC in 2009. In 2011, they became a Computer Engineer at Rhondda Computer Repairs, where they worked until 2014. During this time, they also took on the roles of Account Manager and Sales Manager at The London Mint Office from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they became a Senior Sales Manager at Status Wealth Collections until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a General Manager and Sales Manager at Fitness Space. In 2021, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Darcy Associates | Bridging the Skills Gap. Currently, they are working as a Solutions Account Manager at ROCK starting from March 2022.

Mark James began their education at Ysgol Cymer, where they obtained 13 GCSEs in various subjects in 2003. Mark then attended Pontypridd College and earned an HND in Business Administration and Management in the same year. In 2018, they enrolled at Cardiff University and pursued a degree in Human Resource Management.

In terms of certifications, Mark obtained the Accredited Sales Professional certificate from The London Mint Office in 2014 and the Sales Management Certificate from the same institution in 2016. Mark also earned the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from CIPD in 2018.

More recently, Mark has gained a range of certifications in 2022, including the Introduction to MEDDIC and Advanced MEDDPICC degrees from MEDDIC Academy. Mark also obtained the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification from Veeam Software, the Disaster Recovery Professional (EDRP) certification from Datto, Inc., the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification from Microsoft, the Microsoft Office 365 certification from Microsoft, the Sales Associate / Industry Professional Technical Certification from Mimecast, and the VMware Certified Design Expert - Cloud certification from VMware Networking and Security.
