Amy Mansfield Nelli is a seasoned professional in the employee benefits and health industry with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Health & Voluntary Benefits Association since October 2023, Nelli is committed to enhancing industry standards and fostering community among peers. As a Co-Founder of Rock Enrollment, efforts are focused on advancing voluntary benefits solutions. Previous roles include Majority Shareholder and Manager at Springboard Benefits, where Nelli successfully scaled the company to over 200,000 users and graduated from an elite program at the Advanced Technology Development Center. Other key positions held include Executive Vice President at DirectPath, and Executive Vice President at Cobbs Allen, where Nelli led substantial revenue operations and developed innovative employee benefit solutions.
