Natasha Anik

Natasha Anik is an experienced operations and administrative professional with a strong background in healthcare and consulting. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Rock Health since February 2024, Natasha previously held the role of Executive Assistant at ReKlame Health, where responsibilities included supporting the CEO and managing leadership projects. Natasha’s tenure at Rock Health from April 2021 to June 2023 as Business Operations Manager for the consulting practice involved managing operations, recruiting and mentoring staff, and refining processes for scalability. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company, and as a Certified Veterinary Technician in various veterinary clinics. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Public Relations from Bowling Green State University and an Associate's degree in Applied Animal Science from Stautzenberger College-Maumee.
