Larry Harris

Larry Harris has extensive experience in education and sales, currently serving as the Light on for Learning Coordinator and AVID Tutor at Rock Island-Milan School District #41 since September 2016. In these roles, Larry supports middle and high school students in preparation for college through the Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) program. Additionally, Larry has been a Sales Representative at McLaughlin Motors since June 2016. Prior professional experience includes serving as an Office Assistant at Chris Elsberg State Farm from January 2011 to May 2013, where responsibilities included managing customer files and employee tasks. Larry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Western Illinois University, completed in 2015, and a GED from Rock Island High School, obtained in 2011.
