Michelle Pimentel

Michelle Pimentel, MPH, currently serves as the Senior Operations Manager at Rock Medicine since June 2018. In April 2023, Michelle transitioned to the role of Civic Health Fellow at Vot-ER until November 2023. Previously, Michelle worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Thomas Jefferson College of Population Health, focusing on qualitative research that explores the intersection of art and research for advocacy and education. Additional experience includes managing COVID-19 Field Care Clinics at the San Francisco Department of Public Health and interning at the Dorothy E. Schneider Cancer Center. Earlier roles include Medical Referral Coordinator at HealthRIGHT 360, Legislative Ambassador for the American Cancer Society, and various positions at Haight Ashbury Free Clinics and Treasure Island Job Corps Center. Michelle holds a Master of Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Notre Dame de Namur University.
