Lucas Kasser

Lucas Kasser is a Senior Software Engineer with experience in automating electrification incentive applications at Rock Rabbit since December 2023. Previously, as a Software Engineer at Work on Climate, Kasser improved technical architecture and moderation bot tooling. At Included Health, Kasser served as the tech lead for a 25-person project that unified accounts post-merger, enhancing support staff experience and developer velocity, while also redesigning the member identifier system to bolster uptime and data reliability. Kasser began a career in tech with research roles at Brown University, contributing to a published paper in 2019 and working on applications to enhance both revenue and patient care at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Kasser holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Computer Science from Brown University.
