The Technology and IT Support team at Rock Valley College ensures the smooth operation of all technological resources on campus. Led by the Executive Director of Information Technology, the team, including an Instructional Laboratory Technician and IT Helpdesk Technician, provides technical support, maintains instructional labs, and assists students and faculty with IT-related issues to enhance the educational experience.
