Federica Pompili has a wealth of work experience. Federica began their career in 2006 as the Responsabile Commerciale Settore Immobili per l'Impresa at Tecnocasa Immobili per l'Impresa. In 2012, they moved to Seclan Srl as Supporto alla Vendita. In 2019, they joined RE/MAX Italia as Head of Recruiting Support & Onboarding Department, Business Developer & University Trainer, and Business Developer. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Head of Brand Expansion & Onboarding at RockAgent S.p.A.
