Pier Nicola Matricardi

Pier Nicola Matricardi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Pier Nicola began their career in 1990 as a teacher and instructor at Matricardi Autoscuole, where they developed a passion for education and fostering growth in their students. In 1994, they became the sole owner of Laser Media Italia before assuming the role of CEO at Gruppo Laser Media S.r.l. in 1998. From 2007 to 2009, Matricardi served as the Sales Director at Gruppo Gnosys Srl. Pier Nicola then joined Unasca - Unione Nazionale Autoscuole e Studi Consulenza Automobilistica as the Regional Secretary for the Piemonte and Valle d'Aosta regions, where they gained valuable skills in negotiation, mediation, and leadership. In 2009, Matricardi transitioned to the real estate industry and worked as a Real Estate Agent for Tecnocasa until 2012. Pier Nicola further expanded their expertise in real estate by joining RE/MAX Italia in 2012, where they took on roles such as Real Estate Consultant and Trainer for RE/MAX University. Matricardi's dedication and success in the real estate sector led him to found their own company, HOUSING SRL, in 2018. Currently, they serve as the Founder and CEO of HOUSING SRL, overseeing its operations and furthering its growth. In December 2022, Matricardi will join RockAgent S.p.A. as a Sales Manager, embarking on a new exciting opportunity in their career.

Pier Nicola Matricardi's education history includes attending several courses and obtaining certifications related to real estate and sales. In 2013, they received an "Attestato" from RE/MAX Italia for completing the C.R.S. (Council of Residential Specialists) program. In the same year, Matricardi also obtained another "Attestato" from RE/MAX Italia for completing the TOM FERRY, SALES POWER course.

In 2012, Matricardi completed various courses offered by RE/MAX Italia, including SUCCEED, WEB MARKETING IMMOBILIARE, IMMOBILI PIGNORATI, ALL'ASTA E CONTENZIOSI, ADP DALLA QUALIFICAZIONE ALL'INCARICO DI ACQUISTO, YOUR RE/MAX CAREER, and RE/MAX & You Orientation.

Prior to their real estate education, Matricardi attended the Università degli Studi di Torino from 1985 to 1990, pursuing a degree in Giurisprudenza, but did not graduate. Pier Nicola also obtained a Maturità Scientifica in 1985.

In 2015, Matricardi received a certification in "The RE/Max Collection" from RE/Max University. Additionally, they obtained the C.R.S. (Council of Residential Specialist) certification from CRS Headquarters in Chicago, USA in January 2014. In February 2013, they received the Sales Power certification from Tom Ferry - Your Coach.
