Jonathan Frantz

Jonathan Frantz is a seasoned legal professional with expertise in capital markets and corporate law. Since May 2017, Jonathan has served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Rockbridge, focusing on legal matters for the Capital Markets Group, including the negotiation and documentation of funds and credit facilities. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions at Ice Miller LLP from 2015 to 2017, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, and general corporate issues. Jonathan's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Notre Dame.
