Betsy Campbell serves as the Executive Vice President for Programs and Communications at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund since June 2007, after previously holding the position of Vice President for Programs. Betsy is an active board member of the Trust for Mutual Understanding and has been a member of the Council on Foreign Relations since 2012. Betsy co-led The LAFF Society until December 2023 and previously served as a board member of Hispanics in Philanthropy from 2017 to 2023, as well as on the Governing Council of the European Foundation Centre from 2010 to 2019. Betsy held various leadership roles at Winrock International from 2006 to 2016 and worked as an independent consultant in La Paz, Bolivia, from 2003 to 2007. Betsy’s earlier career includes significant positions at Ford Foundation and Save the Children. Betsy holds a Master’s degree in Social Change and Development from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
