Brett Thelander

Brett Thelander is the Divisional Director for Private Wealth Management in the Midwest where he leads the continued growth of our current locations as well as our strategic expansion into new markets. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

Prior to joining Rockefeller, Brett worked at Merrill Lynch where he served as Regional Managing Director for the Mid-America Market of the Private Banking and Investment Group. Brett began his industry career as a financial advisor, and later moved into management where his executive positions included director of sales complexes in Oklahoma and Ohio, and regional head of the wealth management business in Southern California and the Midwest. Brett is widely respected across our industry as a skilled executive with an impressive track record of building and leading client-focused, principled, and entrepreneurial teams and organizations.

Brett earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado.
