Heather Grady serves as Vice President at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors since July 2014, leading initiatives focused on Environment and Climate Change, as well as advising foundations on strategic philanthropy. Previously, Grady held the position of Vice President for Foundation Initiatives at The Rockefeller Foundation from September 2010 to January 2014. Grady has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, teaching courses on Climate Change, Human Rights and Development, and Ethical Globalization between January 2009 and December 2010. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Realizing Rights: The Ethical Globalization Initiative, and Regional Director for East Asia at Oxfam Great Britain, among others. Grady's academic credentials include a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, graduate studies at Beijing Normal University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Chinese Language from Smith College.
