Francesco Centola

Francesco Centola is currently the Legal Compliance Officer & Non-Executive Director at Rocket Capital Investment. Prior to this, Francesco worked at Wolters Kluwer Italia and Fiera Milano SpA. At Fiera Milano SpA, Francesco was the Head of Legal Affairs / Senior Manager of Contracts. In this role, Francesco was responsible for managing the full legal cycle of extraordinary M&A international transactions as well as active and passive corporate contracts.

Some of Francesco's main duties included negotiating/drafting contracts related to industrial property, locations, service contracts, sponsorships and project financing; supervising the setting of corporate and commercial joint venture agreements; and being responsible for the legal supervision of M&A transactions and related signing, shares transfer and closing operations.

Francesco has significant experience in overseeing business procurement and agency agreements during the sale of exhibitions. Francesco's experience and expertise makes him a valuable asset to Rocket Capital Investment.

Centola began their educational career by obtaining an Executive Master in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi. Francesco then went on to specialize in the legal profession at Università degli Studi di Milano before obtaining a master's degree in law from the same school. Centola also holds certifications from the British Council in IELTS Test and from The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) in FIFA Players' Agent.
