Alyssa Dorchak

Alyssa Dorchak is a skilled professional with extensive experience in volunteer engagement, operations management, and project management. Currently serving as the Volunteer Engagement Program Manager at Rocket Community Fund since April 2022, Alyssa previously held the role of Director of Operations at Fleece & Thank You, where responsibilities included managing internal production processes and ensuring product quality. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Project Management & Communications and Project Manager/Account Executive at GTB, along with early roles including Junior Project Manager and Project Management Intern. Alyssa's foundational experience began with roles at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where contributions included the design and implementation of the Talent Gateway program.
