Doug Seabolt

Doug Seabolt is the Chief Executive Officer of Rocket Homes – a FinTech real estate company focused on simplifying the home buying and selling experience for consumers through the use of innovative technology, an online home search portal, and its network of thousands of real estate agents. Doug is also CEO of ForSaleByOwner.com, the nation’s oldest and largest platform dedicated to serving the needs of homeowners who choose to sell their homes without an agent. He is responsible for the vision, strategy, growth, and day-to-day operations of both companies.

Having spent his entire career in the mortgage and housing industries, Doug has developed a deep knowledge of the real estate process and how it can be improved to help home buyers and sellers. Prior to joining Rocket Companies, Doug was the CEO of his own privately held mortgage bank for 15 years before he successfully sold the business to one of the top 10 largest, publicly traded mortgage originators in the country. He joined Rocket Companies in 2008, then became the President and CEO of Rocket Homes in 2011.
