Tina V. John

Tina V. John is the General Counsel and Secretary of Rocket Companies. In this role, she advises on securities and corporate governance matters. Tina also provides guidance to the organization’s Board of Directors.

With nearly 15 years of experience, Tina has spent her career counseling public companies in matters related to compliance with securities laws, including reporting requirements of the SEC and NYSE, through both private practice and in-house settings. She has experience leading debt and equity offerings, transforming corporate governance structures, and advising on activist shareholder matters and securities litigation.

Tina earned her bachelor’s degree from Barnard College, Columbia University, and a J.D. degree from The University of Cincinnati College of Law.
