Brooke Borden

Brooke Borden has over 25 years of experience in finance and strategy. Brooke began their career in 1991 as an Associate in M&A at Larrabee Ventures, Inc. Brooke then moved to Janssen Meyers in 1996, where they were the Head of M&A and Corporate Finance. In 1998, they became the Head of Corporate Finance at BDO Seidman. In 2002, they joined Virchow Krause Capital (now Baker Tilly) as Director of Private Equity, where they structured, documented, and placed 15+ Reg. D private placements. From 2007 to 2008, they were the Head of Investment Banking at Riyad Bank - Riyad Capital, where they were responsible for growing and managing all investment banking activities. In 2018, they joined Rocket Dollar, Inc. as VP Finance & Strategy and later became the Chief Financial Officer. At Rocket Dollar, they helped make it easy to unlock 401(k) and IRA retirement savings.

Brooke Borden attended San Diego State University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a BA in Economics and Business. Brooke then returned to San Diego State University from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained an MBA in Finance. In October 2021, Brooke obtained the FINRA 7, 24, 63 certification from FINRA.
