Calvin Bushor

Calvin Bushor has a diverse work experience in software engineering, particularly in leadership roles. Calvin is currently the Vice President of Software Engineering at Rocket Homes, where they lead a team of cross-functional development teams in building native iOS and Android apps, React web components, and other digital real estate projects. Notable achievements include growing the team by 100% in six months and migrating the organization from functional to cross-functional development.

Prior to that, Calvin worked as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Quicken Loans, where they led a large organization of cross-functional software engineering teams, product strategy, and software architecture. Calvin also played a key role in scaling third-party integration services to support a Super Bowl commercial and millions of transactions.

Before their role as VP, Calvin held several positions at Quicken Loans, including Director of Technology, where they led third-party data integration and pricing technology teams, and Software Engineering Team Leader.

Calvin's journey in software engineering began at Quicken Loans in 2007, where they started as a Software Engineer Intern, gaining experience in Photoshop, HTML, and CSS.

Calvin Bushor received a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Digital Media, and German from Michigan State University.
