Holly Z.

Holly Z. has extensive work experience, starting in 2006 at Quicken Loans. Holly held various roles at Quicken Loans, including Vice President of Application Development, Vice President of Human Resources, and Director of Product Engineering. During their time at Quicken Loans, Holly led cross-functional teams, developed and executed product strategies, and implemented portfolio management processes. In 2020, they joined Cisco as a Senior Manager in Business Application Delivery, where they led a team responsible for delivering business application features and projects. Currently, Holly works at Rocket Homes as the Vice President of Product Management, where they lead a team responsible for program management, portfolio management, and strategic planning. Throughout their career, Holly has consistently achieved revenue growth and increased throughput in their roles.

Holly Z. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Michigan State University. Holly is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from UMass Global. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad and Internship program in Sydney, Australia at UNSW.
