Maru Barrios has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and development. They have held the position of Chief People Officer in multiple companies, including Kivi | Your brand out there, Rocket Lab | Mobile App Growth, and Beehappy Human Resources. At Beehappy, Maru empowered individuals through theater and games, making a significant impact on various aspects such as work environment, organizational culture, leadership, departmental integration, customer service, and employee retention.
