Santiago Campos de Alvear has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Santiago currently holds the position of Head of Sales & Growth Spain at Rocket Lab | Mobile App Growth since January 2023. Prior to this, they were Head of Sales Latam and Senior Sales Manager Spain at INLAB Digital from July 2019 to December 2022. Before joining INLAB Digital, Santiago worked as a Digital Account Manager at Adglow from November 2018 to July 2019. Santiago also served as a Digital Marketing Manager at Benecrom S.L. from June 2017 to January 2019. Santiago started their career as a Junior Legal Developer at the Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores y de Cooperación de España from February 2017 to June 2017.

In 2017, Santiago enrolled at Esden Business School, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the field of Business Management. Santiago completed this program in 2018.
