Nathanial Woggon

Nathanial Woggon is a Principal Propulsion Engineer at Rocket Lab, where responsibilities include the development of the Archimedes engine since December 2022. Previously, Nathanial held various positions at SpaceX from July 2011 to December 2022, including Senior Propulsion Development Engineer, where oversight of engine systems and management of the Raptor engine testing and operation were key duties. Other roles at SpaceX involved responsibilities for fluid components, helium systems, and extensive analysis on rocket engines such as Merlin and Draco. Nathanial's engineering experience also includes internships and co-op positions at Space Exploration Technologies, the University of Cincinnati, Quartus Engineering, and Engineering and Scientific Innovations Inc., with a strong focus on propulsion systems and fluid dynamics. Nathanial obtained an M.S. and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
