Isaac Vaughn

Issac Vaughn is the is the Chief Operating Officer of Zenefits. He has more than 20 years of experience representing and working with high-growth technology companies.

Before Zenefits, Issac was a senior executive at Ooyala, last serving as CEO. Former partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practiced for 14 years, Issac co-led a group that worked with both public and private technology companies. He was a founding partner of Bennu Venture Group, a stage-agnostic venture capital firm, and Managing Director of SC Investments Consulting, a boutique angel investment and consulting company. He currently serves on several non-profit and for-profit boards.

Issac holds a JD from the University of Michigan and a BS in Economics from Santa Clara University.
