Heidi Olsen

Heidi Olsen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Heidi is currently working as a Senior Frontend Engineer - Design Systems at Rocket Money (formerly Truebill), starting in March 2022. Prior to this, Heidi worked at Bumped as a Lead Software Engineer from January 2021 to March 2022, and as a Senior Frontend Engineer from August 2018 to January 2021. Before that, they were employed at eROI, where they held multiple roles, including Lead Software Engineer from April 2018 to August 2018, Senior Software Engineer from November 2015 to April 2018, Full Stack Developer from November 2013 to November 2015, and Frontend Developer from November 2010 to November 2013. Heidi also gained experience as a Web Developer at 3 Hound Design from August 2007 to November 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Contract Web Developer at Neuralieve from August 2008 to January 2009, and as a Marketing Coordinator at Computer Friends from September 2005 to August 2007. Heidi started their career as a Graphic Arts Coordinator at Wisconsin Newspaper Association in September 2004 and held the position until August 2005.

Heidi Olsen completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism and African-American Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they attended from 2000 to 2005. In 2006, they pursued further education at Portland State University and obtained a degree in Internet Design, focusing on Web Design, Programming, and Coding. In 2016, Heidi also obtained various certifications in IBM Marketing Cloud, including Fundamentals, Intermediate, and Professional levels.
