Nova Martin

Nova Martin has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. They are currently working as the Head of Design at Rocket Travel, a publicly traded company. Prior to that, Nova founded Transsified, a personal coaching and support service for transgender individuals.

Nova also has extensive experience as a self-employed contractor, specializing in freelance UX design, prototyping, and research. They have worked with major entertainment companies, tech startups, nonprofits, and small businesses, helping them launch their web properties and interactive media.

In their previous roles, Nova has worked as the Director Of User Experience (UX) at Sally Beauty, where they led a digital product design team and contributed to revenue growth. They also served as the Associate Director of UX & Product Design at Rightpoint, Senior Product UX Designer at Infogroup, and Senior Product Manager at ActiveCampaign.

Nova's earlier experiences include working as a Full Stack UX Designer at Shiftgig, a UX + IxD + UI Designer at DESIGNATION Labs, and a Brand Advertising-Communications Specialist at the University of North Texas.
