Suzanne Keenan is a board member at Rocket Wagon, an IoT innovation firm that delivers on the game-changing promise of emerging technology. Suzanne is also an advisory board member at Boston Interactive and North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC). Suzanne was previously the Chief Information Officer at Wawa, Inc. from November 2008 to April 2017. In this role, they advanced the company's overall growth and performance strategy and led the development and implementation of the associated technology, process, and support strategies. This included creating a scalable infrastructure and standardized environment to support store growth from 400 to over 750 stores and the organizational capabilities to effectively deploy new technology platforms. Suzanne also oversaw the creation and evolution of a cybersecurity program requiring an overhaul to our environment and how we work. The effort was to first establish and then create a sustainable approach to being Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant and to institute a risk-based approach to work prioritization. Suzanne provided regular updates to the Wawa Audit Committee and BOD. Suzanne championed, designed, and deployed in partnership with marketing Wawa's overall digital strategy including in-store digital signage and a customer rewards and integrated mobile application, analytics, communication, and support program. This includes a patented mobile ordering interface and overall mobile ordering design customized to minimize store disruption and an analytics engine built to engage and personalize customer interactions. Suzanne Keenan has a Bachelor of Engineering from Penn State University in Nuclear Engineering. Suzanne also has a Master's degree in Health/Medical Physics from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition, they are certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors in Cybersecurity Oversight and by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission as a Nuclear Plant Senior Reactor Operator License (Fuel Handler).
