Head of Copy at Rocketfy

Christian Vargas has been working in the marketing and advertising industry since 2016. Christian began their career at Prisma Inbound y Cretividad as a Copy Jr, where they were responsible for the writing of advertising texts, supervised by the Creative Director. After 6 months, they were promoted to Copy Sr. In 2017, Christian moved to LinkTech, where they were the Content Manager, responsible for content creation, graphic design, distribution and analysis of patterns, copy and publishing. In 2018, they joined Panorama as a Copy Sr, and also worked as a Creative Director, creating advertising campaigns for various brands, as well as content creation, copywriting and graphic design. In 2019, they worked as a Brand Manager at Zoé Water, where they faced the challenge of finding a new concept to replace the brand’s “alkaline water” concept, which was prohibited by COFEPRIS. In 2020, Christian took on the role of Brand Manager at Worales, where they were responsible for the area of advertising and operations. During the pandemic, they were tasked with increasing the e-comm and giving the brand a narrative and visual identity, as well as a concept that would be the guiding force of its communication. The results were positive, achieving a 300% increase in sales compared to the previous year thanks to a successful campaign in the planned media. In 2021, Christian became a UX Writer at Banco Azteca. Currently, they are the Head of Copy at Rocketfy, and Content Manager at Shape Agency.

Christian Vargas has a Licenciatura in Marketing from Instituto Universitario del Estado de México. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from various institutions, including Shopify (Shopify Expert, 2020), Platzi (Publicidad Creativa, 2018; Copywriting, 2015), Storytelling by Andres Jorge (Storytelling, 2016), HubSpot Academy (Inbound Marketing Certified, 2016), and Jürgen Klarić (Neuromarketing, 2016).
