Ma Alessandra Roa-Florentino

Ma Alessandra Roa-Florentino started their work experience in 2009 as a Travel Specialist and Medical Insurance expert at APAC Customer Services. Ma Alessandra then worked as a Global Servicing Lead at American Express from 2011 to 2012. In the same year, they briefly worked as an Executive Assistant at TaskUs. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Alexander Mann Solutions, first as a Recruitment Administrator and then as a Lead Recruitment Administrator. In 2015, they joined Sysgen as an Operations & Human Resources Manager for RPO & Remote Staffing. Ma Alessandra also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Personiv for a brief period in 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Exigo Ventures Inc. as an Executive Administrator / Senior Recruiter. In 2019, they became a Talent Experience Manager at Recruitd until 2021. Currently, they work at RocketLevel as a Senior Recruiter and Trainer since 2022.

Ma Alessandra Roa-Florentino attended De La Salle University from 2002 to 2005. During their time at the university, they focused on studying Finance and Financial Management Services. Additionally, in June 2014, they obtained a certification as a Global Virtual Trainer from Alexander Mann Solutions.
