Ben Norville

Ben Norville has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the fields of media, programmatic trading, and marketing. Ben currently works at RocketMill as a Senior Media Director since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Media Director at the same company from August 2022 to October 2023.

Before joining RocketMill, Ben worked at Merkle, starting in 2018. Ben held multiple positions during their tenure, including Associate Director from August 2021 to August 2022, Senior Manager from March 2020 to August 2021, Manager from April 2019 to March 2020, Programmatic Associate Team Leader from July 2018 to March 2019, and Senior Programmatic Account Manager from March 2018 to July 2018.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked at NewBase - Connected Marketing from 2015 to 2018, where they held roles such as Senior Programmatic Trader EMEA & APAC from October 2017 to March 2018, Programmatic Trader EMEA & APAC from June 2016 to October 2017, and Programmatic Campaign Operations Executive from December 2015 to June 2016.

Prior to their experience in media and marketing, Ben co-founded Chocky Hendreth in 2013, where they served as a co-founder from January 2013 to February 2016. Ben also co-founded The White Rabbit in 2013, serving as a Co-founder from February 2013 to March 2014.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Ben had an internship as an Analyst at AHV Associates from October 2012 to December 2012.

Ben Norville attended Durham University from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business.
