Calum Macrury

Calum Macrury is currently a Talent Business Partner at RocketX. Prior to this, they were with RocketPeople from June 2021 to April 2022, also as a Talent Business Partner.

Before that, they were with RocketX from June 2021 to April 2022, in the role of Talent Business Partner. At RocketX, Calum helped scale-ups go big. Calum was responsible for infusing them with smart capital and investment management, as well as helping to find the best leaders and teams across all functional domains within 8 weeks.

In their previous role, Calum also boosted growth for scale-ups by building customised multidisciplinary marketing & sales teams, utilising data, seamless processes, personalised content and state-of-the-art systems delivered as a Service.

Calum has over 20 years of experience launching, growing and managing more than a dozen companies. Calum is an expert in the scale-up market and believes that in difficult times, new opportunities arise. Calum is passionate about helping the world’s brightest and innovative scale-ups succeed.

Calum Macrury's educational career includes a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from Northumbria University.
