Marijn de Smit has a diverse work experience that showcases their skills in digital design, user experience, and project management. After completing their internship, Marijn joined Philips Lighting as a Digital Accelerator Designer, where they developed digital propositions using a lean approach, building prototypes and measuring cycles for new customer and service validation. Marijn later transitioned to the role of User Experience Designer, leading the redesign of the global consumer website of LED products and implementing UX principles and customer research to increase conversion and satisfaction.

In 2019, Marijn joined Rockfon as a Digital Designer, contributing to the digital transformation of the company through web design, digital marketing, and digital prototyping. Marijn developed new value propositions using digital validation methods and conducted customer research.

Throughout their career, Marijn also gained relevant experience in club management and promotion, working as a Match Secretary and handling technical affairs at FC Tutor, as well as promoting events at Shivers.
