Kathy Fencil

Kathy Fencil has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Rockford Construction since February 2015. Responsibilities include participating in the recruitment process by managing the internal ATS system and overseeing communication with candidates. Prior to this role, Kathy worked as a Recruitment Assistant at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital from August 2009 to February 2015, and as an Office Manager at Horizon Complex from March 2004 to August 2009. Education was completed at Jenison High School.
