Dave Lingerfelt

Dave Lingerfelt is an experienced academic and professional in the fields of healthcare and data science. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant Professor at Rockhurst University and adjunct faculty in the Healthcare MBA program, Lingerfelt also holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at Kansas City University. As Co-Founder of ITDoc Consulting, Lingerfelt delivers Health IT services, including system implementation and workflow optimization. Previously, as Department Chair and Professor at Johnson County Community College, Lingerfelt developed and delivered courses in Health Care IT and related subjects. Lingerfelt's leadership experience includes serving as President of the Greater Kansas City HIMSS Chapter and a range of roles at Cerner Corporation, focusing on technical engagement and platform management. Lingerfelt holds an MBA in Health Care Leadership from Park University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Kansas State University.
