Carla Banks

Carla (Finch) Banks has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President at Rockland Capital since May 2010. Prior to this role, Carla was the Director of Commercial Strategy at Complete Energy from October 2005 to April 2010 and held various positions at Dynegy, including Manager of Strategic Market Analysis and Senior Analyst from January 2000 to October 2005. Carla holds a PhD and MS in Physics from Rice University, where studies were completed between 1996 and 2000 and 1993 and 1996, respectively, as well as a BS in Physics from The University of the South, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
