Mark Davidoff has extensive work experience in the hospitality and transportation industries. Mark has held various leadership roles throughout their career. In their most recent position as Director of the Rockland Community College Hospitality & Culinary Arts Center and Foodservice, they promoted the center and managed relationships with partners, the government, and the community. Prior to that, they served as the President of Consultants Unltd., where they provided consulting services and oversaw sales and operations for sailing ships. Before that, they were the Managing Director at Cafe Habana, where they expanded the brand and introduced new revenue streams. Mark also served as the Director of Hospitality and Shore-side Facilities at Harbor Experience Companies, where they built and opened entertainment facilities in NYC. Additionally, Mark has held positions as the Director of Operations at Statue Cruises and served as the CEO of Salsberg Group. Mark was a Partner at MEED LLC and also worked as the VP of Operations at New York Cruise Lines, Inc. In their role at New York Cruise Lines, they were responsible for overseeing multiple departments and representing the company to the public.

Mark Davidoff received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Mark also obtained certification as an Ellucian Live Online 2020 Attendee from Ellucian.
