Yvonne Rosario-Quiroz has extensive work experience in the field of career development and readiness. Yvonne is currently the Director of Career Readiness and Success at Rockland Community College. Prior to this position, Yvonne was the Assistant Director of Career Development at CUNY-Hostos Community College for almost 9 years. Yvonne also worked as an Adjunct Professor at The College of New Rochelle, teaching a course on career planning and job search strategies. Before that, they were a Workforce Development Specialist at Richmond Community Services. Yvonne began their career as an Internship Program Coordinator at SUNY Westchester Community College, where they developed and promoted an internship program, significantly increasing the number of applicants and employer participation.

Yvonne Rosario-Quiroz holds a Master's degree in Career Development from The College of New Rochelle, which was completed between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Pace University in 2000.
