Patrick Mansfield

Patrick Mansfield has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Patrick currently works for Rockland Trust as the Director (SVP) of Loan Operations for Consumer and Commercial Banking. Prior to this, they worked at Santander Bank, N.A. as the Director of Streamlined Underwriting & Portfolio Management and Vice President (Business Banking). At Santander, they were responsible for managing teams, improving credit decisions, and implementing a cloud-based operating system. Before that, Patrick worked at M&T Bank as a Vice President in Commercial Banking, where they focused on relationship management and new business development. Patrick also served as the Director of the Westminster Foundation at M&T Bank, leading a neighborhood project focused on education reform and community redevelopment. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked at BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank, where they held various roles in product accounting control and business area controlling, respectively.

Patrick Mansfield obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a dual concentration in Organizational Strategy and Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School between 2005 and 2008.
