Dee Torrington

Dee Torrington is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in special education. Currently serving as a Special Education Program Specialist and previously as a Resource Specialist/Department Chair at Rocklin Unified School District since August 1998, Dee has significantly contributed to the development and implementation of special education programs. Additionally, Dee was a member of the Teacher Induction Design Team at the Sacramento County Office of Education from June 2008 to June 2018 and held the position of President at CARS+ The Organization for Special Educators from February 2012 to February 2014. Dee holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of San Diego (1987-1989) and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Biology from California State University-Sacramento (1981-1985).
