Tanya Oblak

Tanya Oblak oversees Rockpoint’s human capital management function, with responsibility for the Firm’s recruiting, professional and leadership development, employee engagement, and human resources activities. Ms. Oblak is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Prior to her current role, Ms. Oblak was involved with Rockpoint’s investor relations and U.S. capital raising activities for six years. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2015, Ms. Oblak worked at Silverpeak Real Estate Partners and its predecessor, Lehman Brothers (“Lehman”), for 15 years, most recently as a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations and Marketing. Prior to joining Lehman’s Real Estate Private Equity Group, Ms. Oblak worked in the firm’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group for two years. Ms. Oblak received a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
