Matthew W.

Matthew W. serves as the Middle School Student Minister at RockPointe Church since June 2023. Previously, Matthew was a Corps Member with Teach For America from August 2021 to July 2023, where Matthew taught 6th Grade Math at LEAD Cameron Middle School and maintained a positive learning environment for 120 students. Prior experiences include roles at Texas A&M University - Mays Business School as a Social Impact Student Worker and Mays Ambassador, a Student Ministry Intern at Redemption City Church, and a Senior Counselor at Pine Cove. Matthew holds a Master of Education in Instructional Practice from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Management with a minor in Youth Development from Texas A&M University.
