Tony Niro

Tony Niro has extensive work experience in the software development field. Tony is currently employed as a Software Architect at Rockport Networks Inc. since 2019. Prior to this, they held the same position at Gemalto from 2012 until 2019. Before that, they served as a Principal Software Engineer at DRS Technologies from 2009 to 2012. Tony also worked as a Software Team Lead at EMS Technlogies Canada Ltd. in 2009 and as a Senior Software Designer at Zeligsoft in 2008. Tony began their career as a Senior Protocol Engineer at Edgewater Computer Systems in 2006 and then moved on to be a Senior Software Engineer at JDSU Corp in 2005. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Development Manager at IBM Canada. Prior to this, they held roles such as Software Team Lead at Innovance Networks and Software Developer at Rational Software. Tony Niro completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western University, where they attended from 1978 to 1982.
