Rafaela Sabó

Rafaela Sabó has held a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2021, they began working at RockSpoon as a Product Manager, Senior Product Analyst, and Product Analyst. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Think Coffee as Head of Events and Wholesale Logistics and Wholesale and Events Coordinator. In 2018, they held positions at New York University as a Studio Monitor and Teaching Assistant, Local Roots NYC as a Market/Community Leader, NYU LANGONE MEDICAL CENTER - SEEDProgram as a Research Assistant, and NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development as a R.I.S.E. Research Assistant (Data Collector). In 2017, they worked at Pono as an Assistant Teacher.

Rafaela Sabó began their education in 2001 at Lake Highland Preparatory School. Rafaela then attended Graded - The American School of São Paulo from 2009 to 2015, where they obtained their International Baccalaureate Diploma, American Diploma, and Brazilian Diploma. Rafaela went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Global Public Health and Food Studies at New York University from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they also obtained their ServSafe Food Handler certification from ServSafe.
