Todd Francisco

Todd Francisco has over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry, beginning their career in 1997 as a Production Manager/Project Leader at Promega. In 2006, they joined Covance as an Associate Director Global Business Technology and Toxicology Technology Manager, where they developed a roadmap strategy and directed a global compliance readiness program for Standard for Exchange of Nonclinical Data (SEND). In 2018, Todd moved to Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Global Laboratory Automation Lead, responsible for leading the development of global design and multi-site deployment for the laboratory automation digital transformation program. In 2020, they joined Inotiv as a Director Laboratory Information Systems, working closely with operational and scientific teams to identify, prioritize, and execute laboratory automation and technology projects. Currently, Todd is the Director Strategic Project Delivery at RockStep Solutions, providing project management for large multi-department and multi-organization projects, as well as developing a Project Management Office.

Todd Francisco received their MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix in 2003. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1989.
