Alexandra Lim

Alexandra Lim has been with Rockwell Automation since June 2016, progressing through various roles including Control Software Marketing Manager, Senior Cyber Security Services Product Specialist, and Sr. Commercial Engineer for ThinManager. In these positions, Alexandra has consulted with customers on software architecture and ThinManager configuration, led technical support efforts, developed lab environments for training across diverse user groups, and collaborated with engineering teams to implement solutions for plant floor visualization. Prior experience includes a role as a Network and Security Engineer, where Alexandra configured Industrial Data Centers and managed network implementation projects, showcasing strong skills in virtualization and network architecture. Alexandra holds a degree from Case Western Reserve University, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2015.
