Beth Kilgo

Beth Kilgo is an accomplished executive currently serving as the VP of Global Commercial Operations at Rockwell Automation since January 2024, focusing on strategies that enhance selling capacity and optimize commercial costs. Prior experience includes roles as VP of GTM Revenue, Strategy & Operations at New Relic, SVP of Global Revenue Operations at LivePerson, and Head of Sales Strategy & Operations at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Kilgo also served as SVP of Global Business Operations and Global VP of Sales Operations at Veritas Technologies, and spent over a decade at Oracle as Group Vice President for NA Applications Sales Operations. Earlier career highlights include serving as Partner at Arthur Andersen and managing strategic expansion and venture activities. Kilgo holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and has studied at The University of Tulsa.
