Dave Merenkov has extensive experience in customer experience operations and business process management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Customer Experience Operations and previously as Director of Business Process and Technology in the Services Business at Rockwell Automation, Dave has built a strong foundation in digital technology leadership. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Business Relationship and IT at Tellabs Operations, as well as roles in programming and retail sales at Helene Curtis. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and furthered education at DePaul University.
